Welcome to our Flat Stanley Project!!!

The third grade classes at Carlisle Elementary School are excited to announce our Flat Stanley project!  This project is based on the book Flat Stanley by Jeff Brown. In the book, a boy named Stanley Lambchop is flattened by a bulletin board which leads to great adventures, including being able to travel to places around the world in an envelope. Now Carlisle students will be able to visit exotic places by making and mailing their own flat people to exotic places around the world! Third graders began their project by taking virtual field trips on the web. We're now in the process of making our flat people, so come back soon to check out the pictures of our flat people before they begin their travels!
